+1. Scope & Fees
Total Quote is an estimate based on sq ft. Deposit of 50% required to schedule. Balance due prior to release of assets. Late fees apply (5%/mo).
2. Property Readiness
Property must be "camera-ready". Delays caused by site condition will incur a $100 Standby Fee. We do not clean or stage. We scan "as-is".
3. Delivery & Hosting
Standard turnaround 24-48 hours. 1 Year hosting included. Subsequent hosting is client responsibility unless subscribed.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations <24 hours forfeit deposit. Weather cancellations (exterior only) rescheduled without penalty.
5. Liability & Accuracy (ANSI Z765-2021)
Floor plans are generated in substantial compliance with ANSI Z765-2021. They are approximations based on LiDAR data suitable for design, space planning, construction estimates, and marketing. NOT for structural engineering without independent verification. Upon full payment of fees, all right, title, and interest in final digital assets transfer to the Client. The Client grants the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive license for marketing and portfolio use.
