On site
The building gets scanned in one mobilization. What comes back is a point cloud, dense enough that anything measurable in the building is measurable in the file afterward.
Traced
Walls, openings, fixtures, and room boundaries get traced against the cloud. This is where your layer convention and room numbering get applied, and where every closed polyline gets closed.
Delivered
Layered DWG or Revit with room numbers, types, areas, and ceiling heights carried in the geometry. A walkable tour link comes with it.

Room-by-room polylines with type, area, and ceiling height in the file. Ready to import into your system or hand straight to a design team.
Revit and MEP documentation
Ductwork, piping, conduit, and fixtures modeled to LOD 350 where systems are visible.

Every capture produces a tour anyone can open in a browser, so people who need to see the space don’t need CAD to do it.
